Solution: Anderson implemented an online Web ordering system with automated workflow that makes it easy for the client and its brokers to order personalized brochures and collateral as well as direct mail campaigns consisting of self-mailers, postcards, and letters that use corporate branding. The process is simple: Brokers place their print orders from a Web portal designed specifically for their company, developed and hosted by Anderson. They select the product(s) they want from a variety of templates, customize messages as needed, and upload their mailing lists (or order mailing lists directly from Anderson's data pipeline). Anderson seamlessly processes the mailing list data and composes the pieces, then digitally prints and mails them.
Results: With the online workflow in place, it's easier, faster, and more efficient for brokers to market effectively to their customers and prospects. The client is confident that all the marketing communications distributed by their brokers maintain the parent company's look, feel, and corporate branding. And by commingling print and mail orders, Anderson has been able to offer the client significant print and postage cost savings.
