Challenge: With a robust database of customer information in place, a leading resort and casino wanted to revitalize its customer retention and loyalty efforts with an ongoing, personalized direct marketing program that would deliver relevant messages and offers to each customer recipient. The client demanded quick project turnaround, as well as efficient production and delivery of four-color personalized materials in a number of formats: letters, postcards, self-mailers, invitations, certificates, barcoded coupons, membership cards, and other types of literature.

Solution: Building upon the client's extensive customer database and Anderson's expertise in variable data technology, we developed a fully integrated, personalized direct mail program that opened up a new dimension of marketing personalization for the casino. For the first time, the casino was able to offer customers incentives and messaging that matched their preferences.
