Challenge: Facing heavy demand for its vast array of printed collateral materials, the client — a provider of lead generation and loyalty marketing products to the real estate industry — needed a partner to print, package and ship orders generated through its catalog and Web site. Materials were offered in formats that included offset and digitally printed postcards, door hangers and newsletters. For the client to remain competitive, the products had to be produced quickly and cost-effectively.

Solution: The wide variety of communication vehicles and program requirements called for a combination of Anderson capabilities. We implemented a streamlined print workflow and fulfillment system that flowed seamlessly from the client's online order form to Anderson's lettershop. Some materials are produced on demand, using variable 4-color digital printing equipment and data management capabilities. Others are printed as traditional offset shells that are later imprinted with the customer's individual message.

Results: Products are produced more cost-effectively and with a quicker turnaround, while maintaining a high level of quality. The net result is greater efficiency, high customer satisfaction, and improved ROI.
