As Director of Agency Services for Anderson Direct Marketing, Amanda is responsible for managing the Agency’s account, creative and media teams, as well as shaping strategic and tactical development for our clients’ direct marketing programs. Amanda:


Makes research actionable through the development of data, media, creative, and offer strategies.

Assimilates program objectives, strategies, and tactics into a cohesive plan.

Finds ways to overcome barriers, extend your brand, and position your product and organization for maximum results.

Her ability to turn business intelligence into powerfully effective strategies has made Amanda a key asset to our clients. But her most valuable strength is her fervor for our clients' success. She co-owns their goals and objectives and continually strives to make results measurably better.

Amanda's 12 years of experience on both the client and agency sides has shaped her ability to identify opportunities and synergies. She has developed innovative lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, loyalty and new product launch programs for companies that include 3Com Corporation, AMD, Blue Shield of California, Farmers Insurance, Shell, Toshiba, WellPoint and Xerox. She has also led the development of online campaign performance tracking and ROI analysis systems, relational prospect and customer databases, online lead qualification and distribution systems, and Web response capture systems.
