Sales and Account Services Manager, Jeff Hayes, leads Anderson Direct Marketing's Account Services department and works closely with the account and project management teams to oversee all of Anderson's direct mail production accounts. With 20 years of experience in customer service, sales and account management, Jeff is adept at ensuring service levels at Anderson exceed our clients' expectations through on-time delivery of products and staying within budget.

Through strong, effective leadership, Jeff looks for and finds ways to improve the processes at Anderson and has implemented numerous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance processes in his department to enhance client satisfaction and grow customer relationships.

Jeff is a member of several direct marketing organizations including the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), the San Diego Direct Marketing Association (SDDMA) and the Mailing and Fulfillment Services Association (MFSA). Because of his considerable experience and commitment to client satisfaction, Jeff Hayes is an invaluable resource to Anderson as well as to the clients he serves.
